(Approximately 10 to 15 minutes)

Use these twelve everyday stretches to fine-tune your muscles. This is a general routine that emphasizes stretching
and relaxing commonly used during normal  day to day activities.

Stretches should create a sense of tension, not pain, in the area being worked, and should be gentle and smooth in
motion. Please remember to breath deeply and steadily while stretching. The best time to do stretching is when the
body is warm, as in after exercise, during the cool down period.
