REMOTE CONSULTATIONS
Wellness consultations performed via phone and email are
available. These services are to support clients that are
taking responsibility for their own health, vitality and
wellbeing. Remote consultations tend to be educational and
informational in nature. Each consultation starts with forms
that you fill out to provide information about your health
concerns. We study your information and have remote
communications to clarify and gather additional information,
as needed. We provide you with written recommendations.
Ongoing support is available through additional consults.
Initial Consultation ($225)*:
1. You complete several electronic forms for identifying health
concerns, health history, body system symptomology, lifestyle
contextual factors, typical diet, current supplements and
medications. The completed forms are emailed to us.
2. We review the completed forms, then have a brief
telephone conference (up to 20 minutes) to clarify your
responses and concerns.
3. We study your information, then email you with
recommendations for improving wellbeing.
Recommendations (i.e., 1-2 page wellness plan) may include
dietary and lifestyle modifications, wellness practices, dietary
supplements for general health and/or specific functional
support, botanicals, and/or homeopathics.
4. Telephone conference (up to 30 minutes) to discuss and
modify the recommendations.
Followup Consultation ($100)*:
1. You complete one or more electronic forms for identifying
health concerns, wellness issues, and changes in your life. In
some instances, after the initial consultation, you may be
asked to complete additional health intake forms (e.g.,
allergy history, female health history, environmental
exposures (toxicities) history).
2. Telephone conference (up to 20 minutes) to discuss your
concerns and update/modify recommendations.
3. We email you, if needed, the updated/modified
recommendations.
